As the subject states, I currently have an 80 lvl Guardian named Miranda Flora and several 40+ lvl alts and am looking for a guild. My wife also plays (not as frequently as I do) and will be joining as well. We both have extensive MMO experience (top 10 server raiding guilds and the such) and are looking for a guild that can offer both a hardcore feel (for me) and a casual feel (for her).

My main comes with 11 equipped exotics so I am not exactly looking for hand outs and I have done my due diligence in researching how to maximize her to my playstyle. We are very much into Pve but are open to pvp and WvW. We don't want to be just another number and we don't want flowers and candy. We don't want sales pitches, just honesty.

If you are a no bs guild with a friendly atmosphere that gets things done, than we are your couple. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Well I think TTD may be a good place for you both. We have members actively doing pve so it's be easy to find others to go with you. We're also a very relaxed guild. There's no pressure to be on a certain time ot anything. We're here to have fun right? Our guild also seems to have a lot of couples as well as girls. I know it sounds silly to say that but I know that can make a female player feel more comfortable ( at least from my own experience). You may want to give Beastmode a shot, we're a smaller guild where everyone gets to know each other. Most of us come from a hardcore raid/pvp background, and while we've taken a much more relaxed approach to GW2, we still carry that min/max mentality when approaching group content. Not sure what age group you're most comfortable with, but the majority of us are between 25-35 if that matters at all.

Its okay... You don't want to join General Hellsing's guild. They don't have as many girls as TTD does.

However tempting this would normally be, I have to let they you know that your offer of nerd vagina has no affect on me.  You see, when I signed my marriage certificate, my wife took my penis but was kind enough to leave my testicles. Silly popularity contests. Whichever guild you make your home, whether it be one of these 2 or others in this recruitment section, will be a good choice in the long run. The community here is top notch.

We are a small guild, and I try to make it a community atmosphere rather than a numbers game.  Unfortunately there will always be people who join and then never participate with the group - eventually they will go.../shrug.  

We have both hardcore and casual players - we cater to both.  We plan events that run all aspects of the game, so you'll always have something to do.  Everyone is very friendly - except for Jhon - but we like him so we keep him around.

If you are an uptight easily offended couple then we are NOT the guild for you.  When we get together it's like happy hour at your local pub - the drinks are flowing, the filters come off, we unzip our pants and have a good time.  Jhon usually sticks his hand down his pants, but that's another thread.

We do however get things done - we run dungeons, W3...etc etc...(we just aren't uptight about it).

Hopefully that's honest enough for you - we are who we are and we don't care what people think - we are one big happy family and we just wanna have fun.

Oh and Jhon will most likely hit on your wife - especially if she's a red head.

I was more of thinking about making more girlfriends actually! lol I'm married as well.

I find it hilarious that the assumption was an offering of nerd vagina.  Overall most of us nerd vagina's want other nerd vagina's because we like gaming with each other.  We aren't all offering up our vagina's as gifts for joining.

Lol I like the "not all of us" part. I was mostly poking fun at how some guilds back in WoW used to use their female population as recruitment. I am in no way a chauvanist. Im all for girls united. And also I use the term nerd with affection (being one myself, im proud of my nerd "sack", my "bag of d20s" if you will).
