The nights may be long and dark, but Tyrians of all races keep joy alive during the ancient holiday of Wintersday. While each race celebrates Wintersday in their own unique way, children all over Tyria share a common love of one thing: toys.
This year the city of Lion’s Arch will host the asuran Toymaker Tixx as their special Wintersday guest of honor. Before Tixx arrives in Lion’s Arch in his massive airship toy workshop, he’ll visit every major city in Tyria to deliver Wintersday toys and holiday cheer.

So seems like we will have reasons to visit each city. I hope the airship is a dungeon/puzzle thing that moves from city to city.

Whoa, that picture gave me chills when I tried to think of the size of that airship with regards to Lion's Arch. Why is it that I can't help but see it crashing and destroying our beloved gold seller's hub?

New one time event, December 24th at 11:59 PM PST: Ship will fly over Lions Arch. Unfortunately, it has been infested with candy corn men. The ship will drop thousands of mobs down on lions arch where players must kill them. Mobs will drop no loot. Event will take approximately 2 hours to kill all mobs. There will likely be a 3-second delay on activating skills due to lag.
After the mobs have been cleared, a 2nd wave will come. Again, thousands of veterans must be killed. Mobs drop nothing.
After the 2nd wave has been cleared, a legendary boss comes down: Jack Frost. You must kill him, it will take approximately 1 hour to kill. Make sure you spam auto attack.
Jack Frost has 99% chance to drop precursors, so be prepared to get one!

So to beat boss, hit 1 key repeatedly. In case of falling asleep out of boredom, glue yarn to 1 key and set cat on keyboard.

Yeah, like they have NPC workers that get killed, and the next group of NPC workers is complaining about their dead friends from the last group. Eventually they'll have to change the name of Lions Arch to Broken Arch... or something like C.R.A.S.H. Central (Crashes and Repairs Always on Seasonal Happenings)

I know alot of people dont like these events but I really do (Karka was a little miss but Halloween was fun!), if there werent any bugs breaking the events they are really great fun and give some more fun things to do! Im gonna be cut but if I dont get to don a Santa suit
