Just made a video of me doing two paths of the puzzle.
At the end I linked to Ehmry.com (Hope that's okay?)

An old Cherokee was teaching his grandchildren about life. He said to them, "A battle is raging inside me ... it is a terrible fight between two wolvO

The old man fixed the children with a firm stare. "This same fight is going on inside you, and inside every other person, too."
They thought about it for a minute and then one child asked his grandfather, "Which wolf will win?"
The old Cherokee replied: "The one you feed."

I tried it for a long time (hours) and finally got it. Now that I know how it works it's pretty easy.

I'd agree if you weren't a senile, old man yelling at trees to get off your lawn before screaming "FOR NARNIA!" at the nearest squirrel.

It does take of a percentage. If you are in full armor it takes off more, but your pool is larger, no armor, less, smaller pool. If you have regen food you can perhaps take a bit more time. I did die once from low hp just before I jumped into the finish box.

Yeah many of the people who completed the Clock Tower were like "Psh what? Son please. This is eeezy." I gave up after an hour and never looked back.

This one is a lot of fun because it's very zen once you know the paths and you've done it 20 or so times. Except for the horizontal candy canes, I rarely have to concentrate that hard, and even then it's more of a "oh, now I have to focus for a second". It's very nice for accruing ugly gifts. Also, if you didn't know, the chest respawns with the original loot (booster, snowflakes, gift, and karma) so be sure to go back and do it often!

The clocktower was a bit more fun imo. Probably because if you failed, the wait time wasn't that long. This one feels like it takes foreeeever.
