I was thinking and saw the idea from someone's post. Would it be possible to have an investor system? Like players entrusting gold to someone who is reliable, good and capable of turning it into much more. The investor can obviously have a percentage of it. I think this is an interesting idea if do-able. The whole system already seems like real life haha obviously the two parties would have to get to know each other first. The investor would probably be well known to be good with money

Would be kinda difficult due to the fact any account transfer large sums of gold gets flagged as a bot.

I feel like it would have to be a large profit margin, as you're losing 15% to the TP as well as whatever cut the investor takes. What Derp/Remoirs usually looks for is a 30% price difference in order to make it worth it. I want to say it'd have to be even great than that if you're using an investor. I'll just stick with Derp.

I agree, it sounds like something that will be difficult to be done. But i think the way a real life investment system would work is to have a lot of people investing so that there is a large money pool to work with, so perhaps there will be a great profit margin overall while all parties will be earning money. But that is easier said than done in a game, and i'm not knowledgeable about the real world ways anyway lololol. would large transfers be an issue if broken up into smaller amounts sent, or is the receiving of all the different amounts flagged? Just a fantasy idea

Yeah. If it's a big ol' purchase, I could see it being worth it. I wonder if FTF makes much money off making and selling legendaries. That seems like something that COULD make you money..maybe.

To be honest sushi would be a solid investor especially with his legendary sales.  Part of the secret is making gold on stuff you normally wouldn't.  I'm sure the cost of time and effort is included making gold from the karma and badge requirements to making one

Would like to get a legendary but I gave up on the idea.   2 reasons
1 Seemed like it would take forever
2 I play Asura’s.  The weapons are so tiny not one notices them anyway.

Kinda worried about how ascend gear will change the markets.   They just keep making new currencies (IE fractals, pristine fractals and now laurels ?!?)  I already have 5 types of dungeon tokens in my bank.

to Sushix33 : how long does it take for the investment to make some return? I haven't been playing much and have some gold sitting around doing nothing, might as well invest in you.
