I've always wanted to do something like this for the longest time!


The purpose of this will purely be for trolling, laughs, fraps and video capture sake! Picture 100 baby quaggans zerging the enemy in wvw. And let them be bewildered and overwhelmed from the cuteness overkill

Ultimately We're hoping this event will get players who don't usually wvw and only play PvE to get on the battlefield.




When: NEXT SAT, feb 9th 5pm server (PST)

Where: meet at fort mariner wp in ehmry. Wait for all quaggans at BL wp before moving.

You need:
- quaggan tonic from straits DE from the quaggan by the bridge from fort trinity mainland to island.
- One death as a quaggan.
- FRAPS or similar if possible.

What: hopefully a multi guild 100 quaggan Zerg onto enemy frontlines for a few minutes. feel free to equip item weapons like "peg legs" etc whatever u can use in wvw. We will be capturing this on video! For the sake of epic! Everyone will die once as quaggans before returning to the fight normally

Goal: make epic moments, surprise or entertain the enemy and our own forces, upload on YouTube, bring PvE players to the WvW frontlines



- Plz join us! Numbers matter for Zerg events!! We need YOU!

- We are also looking for someone or a few people to fraps the event..

- Plz contact your friends from other guilds especially wvw guilds to spread the word.

I'll put this on Haven's calender. If anyone is interested, they'll show up.
Are you sure the 8th is the best day? Isn't that the week that server ratings get shaken up? I'm not a WvW person, but maybe see if they're cool with someone bringing in a bunch of people in quaggan form to just sorta run across the land while they're trying to kill invaders.
I dunno..I might be wrong in thinking that's the server rating reset weekend.

I'm not sure when's the best day and it's kinda controversial but at the same time it's just a few minutes lol everyone will die once and then wp and return to join the fight. We also should do it where there's most people for the epic video capture were trying to get. In a way this will also bring more PvE players to join the wvw efforts. But if it's a matter of taking up space and causing a queue then someone might not like it haha but anyway it's just once and for a few minutes so it would be a nice breath of fresh air?

I know I'd prefer if you didn't do it on a reset night. It's hard enough to get in with out having to worry about a bunch of Quaggans taking up space. I'm sure if you pushed it back to Saturday during the day you would get a lot less flak.

We can do Saturday instead maybe Saturday night

Although we aren't really a bunch of quaggans haha I will be also contacting existing wvw guilds and guild leaders so maybe most of them might be wvw players. We would be quaggans for a few minutes before we head back into the fray

As a very active WvW player I would be down for this. I can also pass it on to my guild as well. Although I think doing it on Saturday night would be better. Friday Reset is usually our biggest showing for the week in WvW. Make sure you bring peg legs to so you can knock invaders in the air.

Wish we did this when you could still use Golem in a box in WvW. 50 quaggans running shooting Golem in a box at another zerg would have been hilarious and lots of fun.

Plz spread the word to all guilds ESP wvw guilds and prepare for those interested by getting tonics at the quaggan DE by the bridge in straits from ft trinity mainland to island

We hope for 100 ppl! After which we will return to the fight normally

Just as a heads up...next reset we are projected to go to T1 and fight servers that will cause full BL's. And you want to do this at primetime. More than likely you will encounter queue times which might extend your 5-10 mins event into quite a bit longer. Also, you might make the W3 community angry by taking up "valuable" spots. However, it might get more people into W3 that wouldn't, and considering that we are going up against the huge tides of massive servers we might need them.

Yeah we will be waiting for queue perhaps those participating should get in earlier at diff time and just meet in BL and definitely do understand there may be some criticism but at the same time at the actual event when ppl see us perhaps it might shed a some laughter in a tense moment hopefully.. At the same time we may get some skilled players who don't normally wvw in the fray. And if we get crushed like kaineng then .... There wouldn't be harm in some fun LOL but let's keep our determination and hopes up

You can't use inventory weapons in WvW, and I don't think you can pick up environmental weapons while transformed. I'm pretty sure it will be a zerg of quaggans mass derp-suiciding into the enemies. It does sound fun though! As was said earlier just please just make sure you aren't doing this while there is a queue.
