I've had a bunch of people ask me to make a video of some of my roaming with my ranger, so here's my attempt at giving them something remotely worth watching. I have a bad habit of starting to film fights halfway through, so some of the transitions may seem a bit abrumpt. I'd post it in the ranger beat-em thread, but it's starting to get cluttered and I have yet to find the motivation to clean up the OP.

Super cool, man.  So much stamina.. that fight through the middle of the video is a great demo to your build.  Open with beating two guys, into beating two more who show up..  <3 Apothecary.  Much solid thought and theorycrafting there, with very tight play.  Seriously nice job.

That fight in the middle dragged out longer than it should have. I knew the guardian and was trolling him by sticking pet on him but not finishing haha.

I love trolling other players with the pet. If they are too stupid to realize it and keep trying to bandage, I'll just sit there out of range and send my pet in to keep them from rezzing then bring it back. They make for great bait and you're keeping them from simply rezzing and possibly killing someone else from Ehmry Bay ... so I don't feel like a complete troll :-p

Hah, so my "RRR" ranger post just became the most popular thread on the official forums that details a particular ranger build. Hell yeah 8)

Who do you know that can craft that apothecary stuff since it requires that thing and whatnot, the recipes?  My brain no worker like good today.

Also, settler's stuff ~40s now.

thanks to this bulid i have been making a bit of bank off the apothecary exotic trinkets. not a whole lot but if you have the ability and spare coin to invest to make em take advantage.

it cost me about 3~4 gold craft a set of 1-amulet, 2-rings, 2-earrings. (less if i put buy orders in for exquisite passion flowers, instead of crafting them. drawback: waiting game) i can turn around and sell the set on the TP for 5~6 gold more if i dont sell the the highest bidder and just list it a few coins cheaper than what its being listed for but you play waiting game. sure its only 2~3 gold prophet but every little bit counts. this week alone ive made almost 30 gold doing this.

well your build is awesome. in fact i have been testing it and comparing it to my normal glass cannon ranger build. im still learning the fighting style really(not really feeling confident for roaming with it quite yet). i enjoy it but i miss my AoEs. but i really love the survivability some thing you do not get from the glass cannon setup.

Try using sigils of geomancy. 3k damage AoE on weaponswap every time with a decent range too (although, you are still the focal point of the AoE).

i do have those sigils. its been a bit of a learning curve for me to go from range to melee fighting my urge to run when things get in close. apparently i have been running with auto target on(noob mistake). this screwed me up last night royally. i lost to an AR engie ... AR!! and i have to get in the habit of switching my weapons. i get wrapped up in the heat of the moment and forget simple things like that. i still have a lot to learn but being apart of GH and this community i feel that i can only get better.

Honestly, feel free to bug me if you want help. I had a full group of rangers yesterday - 3 of us GH and two BP - all asking about the build while everyone was doing the GvG. Lol, the amount of attention it's getting is ridiculous.

Thinking of making a guide so I can just point that way --> whenever someone asks "how do?" instead of repeating the same stuff over and over.
