[Insane Pancakez]

Okay, so! VS has turned into a 100% WvW guild. We do REQUIRE you to get in teamspeak. You never have to talk, just listen. We also require you to run a certain build on AT LEAST one of your classes to help us when we run as a group. We try to run every night, and every morning. From the looks of TS i'd like to think we have the largest morning presence on our server. (That's night time for Australians, we have A LOT of active Australians) With a fair share of players from all over. So if you'd like to join, sign up on our forums and PM Stack of Pancakez, Bacon Jay, Varenn Cinn, spiltmilk, or Cloud in game. Hello, well first of off I'd like to start by saying I don't expect to really get many people to join through this thread, but more of just start getting the guild name out their, and heard of.

Like many other guilds, our guild was made on 5/15/13, when a few of my friend irl bought and installed the game. They wanted us to try to start our own guild, I was reluctant at first but I gave in. Instead of going around looking for these professional level 80s to join the guild, I've been searching for new players to join us in our guild. Why, you may find yourself asking, but the reason is simple. I love our server, and I love WvW. And by finding new players, teaching them about the game, and getting them to love WvW in the long run I feel it may help our server. I'm not saying in the next two-three months we'll be this guild that comes in and really changes the score, but don't count me out too early. I've had experience leading many guilds on other games before with mass numbers. At the same time, i'm not looking to get mass numbers here, but more of a set group of around 25-30 players who are on almost every day, and become friends with them, and learn to work together with them. We use skype atm, but we'll be moving to TS in a few weeks. I'll have to find an admin on TS and ask them to set us up a channel if that would be okay.

Well, i'm not going to lie. Running a guild, or should I say starting a guild has been a huge challenge. I ask everyone before I invite them, instead of spam inviting them with 90% of them saying no, never replying, or already in a guild but just not repping.. But i'm satisfied with the numbers we've managed in two days, and I got to know a good bit of the guildies already with skype, and in game. And I love them all lol.

And well, with a few days more work, I hope to start seeing you all in WvW and helping as much as we can. Ehmry Bay for life <3 Also <3 sil
