The "ignore" thing is something I find hard to stomach when there are very real measures we can collectively take. For starters, they could be banned from these forums. They've brought nothing good here. As for in-game, we can start by taking every instance of harassment like this and putting it into support tickets for Anet. There are lines that need to be drawn and this thread illustrates one of those.
