Zerg of Zergs [ZOMG] is now open for recruitment.

We are trying to build this slowly with the right people to get it going!

What is Zerg of Zergs?

Well, Zerg of Zergs (ZoZ) is exactly what it's name implies.  We focus mainly on server-wide events, but want to make this an official guild that anybody can join and rep.  We aim to be the largest group on the map to help direct the flow of whichever BL we may be on.

This large group of players works very well in conjunction with smaller zerg busting/skill groups such as Hawk, GH, GF and the like.

I heard ZoZ is a WvW only guild.  Is this true?

Currently, yes.  But we are not opposed to creating a large, coordinated PvE group within ZoZ.  Hey, I mean we all need gold right?  If this sounds like something you want to help coordinate, let me know!

Do I have to represent ZoZ in WvW?

We don't require you to, but we would love it if you did.  Officers, Commanders and Guild Leaders are required to rep at all time however.  Keep in mind, though, that we will make room for those that wish to rep 100% of the time.

What time zone should I be in?

Well, I am pretty much NA primetime.  That is where you will see me the most.  If you want to help build up another timezone, let's talk.

Who are you and why should I care?

I am Drakma.  I've been playing GW2 since BWE3 and have played/been a member of several of the larger guilds here.  I understand the importance of coordination on the battlefield.  

You should care because I like to "Butter your Bread."

Ok, so what are you looking for?

We are looking for anybody that wants to WvW mainly with some occasional PvE to support our WvW habits.  From newbies that don't know what supply is to grizzled veterans looking to build something from scratch, we want you.

We are currently looking for Drivers (Commanders), Elders (Officers) and Zerglings (Those little fighters that could).  All Drivers and Elders must complete a 90 day introductory course to WvW (no refunds)

What do you require for me to be a member?

You have to have teamspeak, be over 18, and want to have fun.

TL;DR?

Simple.  Help us create an awesome guild that is laid back during the down times, but knows how to get serious when it comes to the nitty-gritty.  If this sounds like something you would like to be a part of let me know.

P.S.  Just because I am  making ZoZ an official guild does not mean that Zerg of Zergs will stop on Tuesdays.  I think this has been a great addition to the server and can't wait to do this every week. Any event that ZoZ has will always be open to the public.

Hey everyone!  We're growing quickly now.

Whether you like to participate in WvW in a laid back and fun atmosphere - but get plenty of action - or PvE to your hearts content, we welcome any and all of you.

Above all else, ZOMG aims to be known for being a group that is FUN to play with... and we are looking for more people with that mindset.

We are ramping up to do Guild Missions and there is always a place for those who run dungeons, like to do Open World PvE, Living Story and Achievement completion junkies, Fractals, and anything else in-between.  Even though we have a strong emphasis in World vs World play, PvE players are the bread and butter of the micro-economy that drives our WvW efforts even if you don't want to fight in them.

So if you are a Commander, officer material (administrative), love leading Guild Missions, or are just here to get pointed in a general direction and attack...we'd love to have you!

Hey Drak,  I've really enjoyed running with you and the other [ZOMG] foks during the ZoZ events.  I've never been a PvP'er in any other MMO I've played (and there have been many) but WvW is just so much fun.   I actively look forward to upcoming ZoZ events.  I'd certainly like to take part in more and learn how to be a more effective zergling!  But I also have a great love for PvE and seeing that [ZOMG] is dipping its toe into that aspect of GW2, I'm finally going to throw caution to the wind and see about joining up with y'all.  My current guild [QTT] is basically dead most of the time and going it alone is really starting to wear down my enjoyment of the game.

If you or other [ZOMG] folks have any questions for me, feel free to hit me up here or in game.

I'll be pretty much out of pocket for the next day or so.  Next time you see somebody from ZOMG around ask them to invite you.  We have an open invite policy so anybody should be able to do it.
