I just sell the code to you.  Either I whisper you the code, email it to you ingame or just PM you on the forums after payment.  

If you mean how I got it, I went to the Anet Anniversary Bash yesterday and the first couple hundred people got the cards with the code on it.

Don't wanna like ruin the party or anything but there is a chance it might not work, i certainlly hope not, but be prepared perhaps, because someone possibly has acquired the codes before they were released and has been selling them for hundreds of dollars and players have been reporting that the code has already been inputted. I sold it already and it worked for the guy.  I was in teamspeak with him at the time and he said he got it in the mail once he logged back in.  Granted, he was on a euro server and the codes currently only work in Europe.
