I'd be willing to invite the potential buyer to my guild and place it in the guild bank for them to view just to prove that I have it. I'm not here to scam anyone, I am just trying to sell an item that I don't need or want. I'd even be willing to use a middle man for this transaction (if we could find one). Hopefully that will clarify things...

Well usually an account with 5 posts not willing to go first on a high value item seems like a scam, just as a general rule of thumb.
