Hello,

I am the leader of a Skill Group in the Works.  I am a 100% dedicated leader with a passion for Guild Wars 2.  The group of people that I run in such a way that would model after a family.  I believe that understanding each other (whether it be schedules, Builds, etc) is the best way to create a foundation in Guilds.  Which is what I am doing,  The group that I want to make is a Skill Group, Which is a group of talented people who also have a passion for GW2 and enjoy playing at a competitive level .

Within this group you can expect to have skills called out, movements, and certain builds implemented by the shot caller.   Also it is expected that you Join in TS3 while we are raiding.

**We have a schedule that goes as follows:**
**ALL time is Server Time--Pacific Standard Time**

Monday:     6:00PM-9:00PM
Tuesday: 7:00PM-9:00PM
Wednesday:    Free day ( A day for a new shot caller to test their Calls)
Thursday:    7:00PM-9:00PM
Friday:   5:00PM-10:00PM
Saturday: 6:00PM-9:00PM
Sunday:   6:00PM-9:00PM   ***Guild Missions Day

Creating a Skill Group of tightly players in which I am trying to make will be difficult I know,  But well worth it in the long run.  Something that I like to humble myself by is: A good rule of thumb is to make sure I am the weakest link and and learn from my own mistakes, and that we as a group can all learn together.

Thank You Soul,  I don't know why she would feel the need to post a negative thing like that....When Really what I am trying to do is already challenging and difficult as it is,I sure don't need that.   Just thought I could post here and recruit...Nothing more nothing less.  I apologize if  i offended or did something wrong as they were not my intentions.

Don't apologize for shit just do your thing, If it means people playing and covering ebg I'm all for it.  If it means bringing in more ppl in general good on you...  On that note check out the commander forum for the initiative going on there.

You're fine Andrew. There will always be those folks around trying to bring you down. Finding a group with like minded interests is pivotal on making your time spent in game worth while. If I wasn't allergic to grinding for things I would probably be in game a lot more than when ever we run around in WvW together.

I'm not trying to bring you down. I'm just stating a fact. Every single 'skill group' we've had in the past has ended up leaving the server. People get pissed, then try to recreate the skill groups. It's just facts. I'm not rude. I state the obvious. If you want to perceive this as rude, go for it.

Your "Facts" are incorrect in stating that "Every Single Skill group has left the server" .  Secondly, maybe they feel unwanted here for a  Rude demeanor towards them, in which resembles one that you have shown here.

its not rude but dont put this guy down. you never know they could be the next [GF] for ebay.

and we didnt leave because we dont like you guys, we left to go get some fights where at the time where lacking in the tier we where in.
