Ehmry Bay World [Boss]

What is it?

[Boss] is a server community guild with the purpose of helping the server to down world boss every week. The guild is basically a list of players that are interested in killing world boss. Nothing more, nothing less.

Why should I get in?

Being part of the guild, [Boss], is the best and easiest way to get informed about upcoming events.

1. After each event, the message of the day will be updated to give you information about the next event. Be sure to check it!

2. Also, before each event, every online guild member will receive a whisper telling them where and when the event will start. (option to disable it if you don't want to receive any whispers)

All events are public, so you don't need to be part of the guild to participate but being part of the guild is the best way to get informed about these events!

How do I get in?

There are only 2 requirements to become a member of the guild :

1. Be interested in fighting world boss : We only recruit on the day of events, so we figured that if you were it probably meant that you were interested!

2. Have fun!

Note: TeamSpeak (live voice chat) is not required but recommended.

When are the events taking place?

All events will be posted on this forum in the event section. Look out for the [Boss] tag! Also, the guild message of the day will give you information about the next event.

There should be 2-3 events per week, more depending if people are willing to step up.

Is there any requirements once I become a member?

No and there will never be. There is :

• No repping requirement
  
• No participation requirement
  
• No gear or food requirement*
  
• No level requirement*
  
• No TS requirement*

*Note : We are there to have fun and I believe it's more important than a few ascended pieces. Still, some of these fights are very hard, so if you have well geared characters bring them.

Guild structure

There is only 3 ranks

1. Founder
2. Leader : Players that want to help the guild and/or organize event.
3. Raider : A player that enjoy fighting world boss!

Every one can invite so if you know people that are interested in world boss feel free to invite them!

How do I become a leader?

It's very simple : just ask! Anyone can become a leader. Leader are players that help the guild. For example, they could be doing one of these :

- Recruiting
- Advertising event
- Hosting event of their own
- Helping with strategy and organization of boss fight
- Anything that is useful

Why would I want to become a leader?

If you want to become a leader of the guild, it's probably because you like the idea behind the guild. Forming a community of players here on Ehmry Bay that want to practice together and down world Boss. That said, the main advantage of being a leader of [Boss] is that the guild is the best platform to host all your events.

Many players don't look on these forums at all and if it's not in-game they won't bother checking. That where the guild shine. All the information for the next event is accessible directly in the message of the day. Leader have the option to modify the message of the day.

So, yesterday was our first run and it went great. Clear all Orr temple except for Balthazar and beat the karka queen!

Next run in Sunday February 10th.
