Actually, Columbus never claimed to have found a new continent. All his life he claimed he had found a new route to Asia when in fact everyone was convinced it was a new continent. xD

To be fair, there's no snow on the ground here (Toronto), so we're still all wearing t-shirts as well. My soon to be former family from the South have fairly different concepts of cold than we do.
