I'm not sure about the first GW, but there are the three novels that lead up to GW2. I've read the first two. They're OK. Hardly brilliant writing, but interesting enough, I guess.

Or are you talking about fan-created works? I don't know about GW/Anet specifically, but generally speaking, publishing fan material is legally murky. That's not to say you can't, but do your homework first. Some IP owners are very stringent and don't like anyone publishing/making available anything based on their source material. Others are more relaxed and don't really care so long as you aren't using the source material for profit without permission. Also, some printers won't touch fan work, since they don't want to risk getting involved in IP disputes. I'd suggest contacting Anet directly so they can tell what they are/are not OK with.
