Hello Ebay ,

[Zerg] a SOS guild have brought our alt accounts to your server to help during EU-NA time zone. We are a full time WVW guild that specializes in home defense  during EU (dead time zones on most servers so Keeps usually get taken at this time), and a 10-12 man havok crew during NA prime (hopefully ebay will have people on at this time zone to respond to home way points). We have already purchased our alt accts and are currently leveling and are hoping ebay community can help us out with armor and runes as we are all on alts and have zero gold to start with. Our guild leader is bratt.7569 any armor , rune, sigil , or gold donations would be a great help for us.

oh yea PS : Ebay guild tag has always been the home defence anchor to call if on with the bigger guilds here.
But I believe once you are on and doing stuff at your hours...just adding Ebayers ard you in wvw on friend list will help you in times to call out for a few more.

Esme! We haven't left SoS. It's just our alts here. Our mains are still on SoS and I will never leave my home server.

That being said.

Let me introduce myself, I am Bratt guild leader of Zerg. As Solo stated, we like home defense. Scouting, sieging, and upgrading as well as havoking on enemy bl's. Just generally causing trouble for the enemy. Whether that be taking towers or keeps. Poking at them til we've drained their supply in a fully upgraded keep. To camping a camp and bag farming.  It's what we enjoy doing.

We choose Ehmry because we have a lot of friends that moved from this server at one point in time and said your community was one of the nicest they've ever been a part of. We wanted a lower tier to get away from the stress of T2/T1 blobs and didn't want to move to T3 incase SoS moved down a tier or the T3 server we choose moved up to face SoS at any point. The blobs that are FA and YB atm have become not fun for us. We bought the game to have fun and being stressed over it just isn't what we signed up for. So a lot of us have bought alts and planted them here to enjoy the game again.

I hope that answers your question, Sanjii.  

You can see us at all times of the day and night, so don't hold us to just being EU or NA   Though the majority of us will be online during NA.  I am east coast and Solo is west coast if that gives any kind of timeline.

Yep confirms my 2 main thoughts...too blob infested for your type of grp size and general wants for WvW...and I was wondering if people that moved to SoS about 1 year to 2 years ago from Ebay had come into the equation for your decision:)

Being a leisurely player (who also happens to take the game seriously), as Bratt already mentioned, the aggravation that SoS caused me was not something that I wanted. Given that I am only able to play the game during breaks, etc. because school and work keep me busy, it's not something I want to stress over.

Anyway. Hi, hello, and all that good stuff. Looking forward to making a difference and raising hell with you guys.

Not to sound creepy (I generally remember anyone with a distinct character name), but I remember Pee Wee from way, way back in the day on SoS from roaming, before ZERG even existed I believe.

Big action can be sparse during non-NA hours, however, you'll also virtually never see a blob of 50 players suddenly show up at a waypointed keep with 10 guild catas, or players contesting keeps for hours on end (waypoints are rarely annoyance tapped). Basically less ultra-blob and big egos in these tiers, but there's still fun to be had if you make the fun.

Something some of us enjoy doing when the maps are blob free is learning the mechanics to solo things.  Solo the camps, towers, keeps, and castle etc.  It is a way of honing your skills when you are solo that also can help when you have a group but need to flip a lot of things quickly.
I sometimes play at those times, it is lovely to be able to roam and watch the PPT tick higher based on what you flip.  A group the size you are talking about can flip most of a map in about 1 tick.
It makes it much more real time strategy and much less Mortal Combat.

Hello all, thank you for the welcome!

I'm Xheal The Titan, the punk mohawk warrior running around. I usually main light classes, ele, mesmer, necro, but have every class at 80. Decided to reroll a warrior on here and so far loving it!

A little bit of guild history, we're about 10 months old formed around aug/sept of last year after a fallout from SoS and a big guild most of us were a part of that covered eu/na times. As Brat mentioned we specialize in defense, but we also spend time havoking enemy bls breaking T3 towers, draining keeps of supply, and just general screwing around long enough that the enemy is forced to bring their zerg after us XD

Just to tweak our commander's numbers, we're 10-12 on SoS, not all members have moved over. We have done a combination of moving alt accounts from other servers, couple main accounts moved from SoS, and some newly bought accounts, 9 accounts are now on the server but most likely the numbers running late eu to na is 5-9, mind you half of them are still uplevels and most of us missing wvw abilities still.

Reasons as to why Ehmry? as mentioned we have a couple members who were formerly from ebay, plus other friends we know that moved from here over a year ago. Sounded like a more relaxing place to be, we wanted a break from T2 from the blobs and the cheesy roaming builds among other things. Every night facing two servers of 40-60 man sized blobs made up of 2-3 voltron guilds with only 25-40 of your own blob, while another guild of 15-25 running untagged, scouts, and afker's at citadel and crafters on home bl, was starting to take it's toll. Plus when a scout gets told to shut up and die, you know it's time for a little break from that scenery.

Why do you need this rule when Ebay has the woodladder siege bonus...frail 40 supply ladder to get 2 people over wall or 100 for a 5 man grp...no swords...no chunky ram...no spamming 1 for 2 min..just a 10 step climb then voyala...in lords and capped before swords even show.

Thanks for checking us out and welcome aboard! We're the best community south of... Tier 2 probably. We're scrappy and fun. Don't over stress yourself, we like fights but we don't feel the need to play 24/7 to win everything.

[CoT] and [Woes] are our main fighting guilds, like to hunt down groups if you call them out.

[oG] is picking up again and mainly do EBG and little home defense (I think), but most all awesome people

[EBAY] is our home defense through and through guild

[EVIL] / [BDSM] / [ICEE] / [Seek] / [Insert other guild tags I can't remember atm] mostly do havoc, small scale fights for fun. Careful though, you may experience too much fun and end up playing for waaaaaaay too long.

[Para] is the PvX guild that brings the numbers to bang on the gates weekly on Sundays, but other days as well

Ehmry doesn't really have anything set up for tag colors. Most commanders run whatever color they like. Also, most of our guilds on the server run open raids even when they are tagless. I don't know of any that run tightly closed raids. Usually the only requirement is that you get onto TS with them. Even that isn't strictly required if you can take visual ques really well. Fair warning though, some times guild groups will port with no warning if you are not in TS, to lose pugs.

While blue tags aren't reserved, sometimes roaming and havoc groups will tag up with a blue tag to let pugs know where they are and/or let the larger guild groups know where they are. We have a lot of roaming/havoc guilds on this server. Some are friendlier and more open than others, you're to join us should you see us around. Most of our roamer/solo roamers are pretty independent, so don't expect them to stick together for long periods of time and don't be offended if they run off on their own.

As you have probably heard we're an extremely laid back server. We play for fun. We don't generally get stressed out over PPT, a lot of people here like fights be it 1v1, 5v5, GvG, or just poking objectives to stir up some fights.

Win or lose, Just have fun.
