I mean straight up take the PPT for each tick in that window, add them up, divide by 12, and display the average. Alternatively divide that average by 695 to form a sort of "percentage of map control" statistic. It obviously doesn't tell the whole story, but I think there's definitely some value in knowing
how much stuff does my server tend to own? in a given timezone.

Looks like it's basically the same thing you see on sites like mos.millenium (where it's listed under "Predicted Rankings"). The change is how much your Glicko2 rating would increase or decrease based on extrapolating from the current score.
