Find Ronny Aldo. He could talk without breathing in TS and was reliably funny. Also, he voice squeaks sometimes so it's extra amusing.

I know this other guy that was reliably funny and had a great voice, but I hear he doesn't touch TS anymore...

There are actually a lot of people around that I think would be good for this, but if I were hosting such an event, the first two people I'd reach out to would be Ehmry Bay Bay and Justin-Jet (Chet). That's mainly because I know I could easily persuade them on account of those pictures I have, though ...
