Eh, something's wrong with mine.  I have two accounts--Slein Jinn.2017 and Slein Jinn.8173--and the listed character name isn't on the account that is listed.  I went ahead and fixed it on the Teamspeak Guide if you want to fix it here (I updated the entry for Bratt while I was at it--he was still blank).

Anyway I can get my guild listed again on TS? Used the channel a few days ago so not sure why it was removed completely from TS.

From the Teamspeak Guide (available in full in this forum and on the TS server itself):

4. INACTIVE GUILDS

Guilds which are inactive for a month or longer can potentially be removed for maintenance purposes and to reduce clutter on Teamspeak.

If your guild has a Green Checkmark next to their guild channel it means your guild is active for the current month and will not be removed. Green Checkmarks can be handed out by an Admin or a Guild Leader when they see a member of that guild on Teamspeak.

If, by the third week in the current month, a guild channel does not have a Green Checkmark a Red Exclaimation Mark will be added to that Guild Channel to let the guild know they are close to being removed. Please contact your guild leader or an admin to have it removed.

On the final day of the month any Guild Channels with a Red Exclaimation Mark will be removed along with all the appropriate guild tags.

If you're the guild leader, then it should fall to you to make sure your guild is verified each month.  I try to keep an eye out for such things, but for smaller guilds that often have zero members online for long stretches, it's not really practical to expect the handful of admins to keep track of their activity.  

When your channel was created, the admin should have shown you how to do this, but if they didn't, it's very easy to verify your channel.  You just right-click on the main channel for your guild and click "Edit Channel".  In the top right corner of the window that pops up, you'll see "Icon:" with an interactable box next to it; click on the box and select the green check mark, then click "OK", and you're sorted for the month.  Note that only the guild leader has the ability to do this.  

Otherwise, if you need your channel re-created, look for an admin in the TS; it's pretty unwieldy to try to set up permissions via the forums.

You're sorted.  Not entirely sure it's a good precedent to set since in theory it wouldn't be hard for a troll to have read this thread, logged in as Bratt (since user names aren't unique), and gained Leader powers, but given that there's not really any vetting process for when someone creates a guild, I guess it doesn't really change anything of substance.  

By the way, if I recall correctly, there is a way to export all your permissions to a pendrive or whatever and transfer them new computer yourself.  I don't have time to figure it out again right now, but if I remember later and no one beats me to it, I'll add it to this thread later.

That would be great, if I get do that. I had saved all my info on a drive but my TS stuff didn't grandfather over.
