This time we had 6 entries.  As you may recall I was worried about getting flooded with entries yet we ended up with less than half than last time.  Not sure what to make of this.

If you click on any of the images you will be taken to the original image that was submitted.

I will not vote in the competition unless after the poll closes a tiebreaker is needed. In that case I will cast one vote after the poll closed.  Voting closes on November 1st 00:00 server time.

Feel free to discuss the competition in this thread but please do not announce who took which screenshot even if you know.

I'm honestly surprised there weren't more submissions. I wonder if it was just the theme or if people simply forgot about it (even though you gave reminders) Anyway I will vote when I get home as apparently tapatalk does not support polls :/

Same here.  I wonder whether the current system is a bit too long winded.  Maybe there need to be fewer days to submit and a shorter voting period.  Then again, only 18 folks voted last time.  Perhaps there just isn't that much interest period.

Will be interesting to see what happens with the Halloween contest which conceivably has a popular theme, fewer days to submit something, and only 24 hours to cast a vote.

i forgot...I waited until the last minute and then speaced. I'm always worried that I'll take one and submit it, but then stumble across a much better screenshot...
I'm really excited for this halloween one though!!! I need to work on getting that later today probably...or maybe I'll do it next tuesday....

That's why I always submit mine earlier. I know it can come back to bite me like it did last contest, but I think I'll make it a general rule of mine to submit one a week before the deadline.

This Halloween one is so sudden and such short time!! I'm excited lol. I bet there will be more submissions than the monthly   which is great! Except for the fact that I'm trying to win pizza!

There is definitely going to be some tough competition for the Halloween prize.  I overhead some CoS members last night who had a very awesome idea.  I have also already received one screenshot which looks awesome.  Good times!

It's like day and night from the monthly one.  I just need to figure out whether it's the prize or the theme or whatever else there is.  The monthly ones probably just run too long, same with the one-week voting.  Will make some changes in November.

I was really excited to enter the contest this month, but found the theme too difficult. Looking back, I have a ton of screenshots that could have been suitable. I guess it seemed too big of a theme to tackle at the time. Did anyone else feel the same way?
