Taken from the discussion in the Temple of Balthazar thread, I'm going to be forming a guild focused on taking and defending the temples located in the areas of Orr, with the intent on keeping them uncontested as often as possible - both for players to access the karma vendors, and just for the fun of doing it.

Other guild focus will be on helping any player who needs it - be it leveling, exploration, or getting geared up - and generally promoting a good community within Ehmry. I would also like to contact a friend or two of mine on a different server to set up a branch there, but one step at a time!

I'm going to be registering this guild as soon as I get home this evening, and would love it if we could gather up some willing people for the Balthazar event tonight. If anyone is interested, drop your character name here and I'll send you an invite as soon as I get home! =)

I'd join this guild, but I don't think I'd ever represent as I already have two other main guilds. I am super interested in farming Orr and doing these events though. So if you're cool with that, add me, but if not...I'll just pm you every once in awhile to see what's up haha.

Sure, that would be fun. Really, outside of the temples, it'd be great if the members could collectively decide what to organize. We really don't need a lot of representation (though I'd like to get the Emblem Template and probably some MF banners at least - if need be, I can just quickly buy the Inf for that). Really I'd just like to use it as a coordinated effort to regularly keep the Temples in order, although where things go from there is entirely up to everyone.

Please be sure to add those clearing attempts to the Event Scheduling forum if you are going to be running them at predetermined times.

So I've got one person standing behind me with a knife and another with an idea. Sent you a PM, Bananas. I just got home.

Well, we got something like eight members within the first hour of creating the guild. Fancy emblem. I'll probably queue the stash and some MF banners tomorrow. I'd love to see where this can go once we get more members to coordinate with. WvW isn't very appealing to me at the moment, despite getting most all of my monthly kills in about fifteen minutes of play tonight; I'd love to have some mass PvE action going on since that's my preferred game mode anyway. It can require teamwork and a good knowledge pool also!

If you start doing runs or have a set time you will be doing these things, you can ask final boss for help.

I probably wont rep very often, but id be down to help the cause. I got some Karma gear I need to purchase soon and will need one piece from almost every temple, best do what i can to help out.

Great! So far Meathooks has been doing most of the coordinating because I've been obsessing over my legendary and/or chatting people to death, but it's been good when we try! The main obstacles in our way most days are bugs...not much we can do about those. I won't need to purchase Shards for awhile, but will certainly be down to help people who want temples unlocked. I think my personal favorite is Lyssa.
