Well this is because we have a mentor system, and you have to find a mentor in order to move up a rank. We also have such a large active core that not everyone wants the responsibility, and not everyone is cut out for it. Given this major premise, it can still be said that we have many leadership roles opening constantly. In fact, we are going through a re-structure right now and have a little under ten captain slots open.

Why is everyone hating on everyone.  I thought we were all repping Ehmry Bay, or is it that we all just want to think our own guilds are awesome and the server itself doesn't matter.

So much hate on most of these forums and threads, reminds me why I don't visit this site often.

Perhaps you should actually read more than just the couple PK drama threads.

For everyone else; recruitment threads are for the guild that is recruiting, not for everyone else to shitpost and troll/flame them.

A lot of us like to camp dragons. We don't do a lot of PvE things as a guild but there isn't much opportunity to get good gear in WvWvW, so you have to wander out of the fun zone occasionally unless you want to pay for everything out of pocket.
