Issues that needs to be solved:
1. Leadership - need to talk to Basthian about this.

2. New recruits - We got a lot of new recruits and they need training. I was actively commanding these past few days and I have recruited over 15 members in 3 days. We're going to do the mass recruit-purge method we were doing before to find those individuals who would stay with us long term and those who are willing to get better.

3. WvW formation - we got so much experience in world vs world now when it comes to taking objectives and zerg busting. I want to restructure it.This will take a while but we will get there.

I've mentioned to Basthian already, but unfortunately, you know me, i'm not able to rep 100% as I am friends with people and leaders in different guilds that I keep in contact with... I still love FTF and wish to stay, if possible, as liaison when coordinating things like events but if it's not possible then I understand

Best of luck with FTF Noice. Ash is on good terms with FTF I hope, as FTF is on good terms with Ash and I look forward to continuing to work with you guys in the future.
I learned almost all that I know from FTF and have risen to the position that I am at thanks to you guys giving me the push that was needed.

I hope the purge and the implementation of the new rules only increases the greatness that is FTF.

Everyone will be required the rep the main FTF guild. No more other guilds with same tags.

We will only allow 1 ambassador per other guild so that they can call on our guild chat for reinforcements.
