LOL. Thanks guys for the info on the bag situation.
My character's name is Orreeo. She's a Mesmer.
Are we supposed to have forum names that match our character?
Blessings to you!

No, I just didn't pay attention to the first post where you mentioned Orreeo, or rather I did pay attention but then decided to forget about it.  The bags should make up for that.

You're forgiven!
Seriously, I know what you mean about details. I had to ask a person 3 times what profession they were before my brain finally registered the fact. I blame it on my age and the graphics. They are so bright and dazzling that my brain gets confused. LOL.
Thank you for the bag, you are very kind. If I can return the boon in game sometime please let me know! :shy:
Blessings to you!

Just pass the bags on to someone else who needs them when you have outgrown them.

The little bags are basically useless.  You may be able to vendor the ones that you looted for a few copper, the starter one can only be destroyed.  I'll mail you some larger bags, Kelland is your character name as well?

The smaller bags are indeed useless and will frustrate you by filling up every couple mobs. Once i built some monies up on the AH i bought 18 slot bags and unlocked all my inventory slots. IMO the 18 slot bags suffice enough, I don't really see an advantage to the 20 slot because it is only 14 extra slots from the 18. Oh and welcome to the forum, it is a good place to spend time reading about different things and chat with good people :) I have been quite busy lately prepping for deployment so I haven't been on much just add me tharickster in game and I'll help ya out with anything if ya need it. Do you like to PvP much or just PvE? PvP is playing against other people online versus PvE which is basically playing through the game

Welcome to the game, our server, and our forums. I look forward to seeing you in game. If you decide to start dabbling in WvW, just look for the big fat pink Norn, that will most likely be me unless other people start edging in on my fashion ;)

Thank you all for welcoming me! You all are really helpful!

Tharickster and Deventrio I'll be sure to add you as friends in game also. Thank you for extending the offer of friendship.

Tharickster, thank you for breaking down the abbreviations for me. As I read through the forums there are so many abbreviations I do not understand, so I appreciate the help.

So far I have played PvE mainly and hung out with a friend online exploring the world. The graphics amaze me in this game and it seems I'm always taking screenshots. LOL!

I once tried PvP and honestly I was so confused with it. I still need to work on my navigational skills and mastering my powers. I got killed *a lot*. :s

I don't know what the WvW is (haven't tried it). So far I like everything that GW2 offers and look forward to playing it for a loooooong time.
Blessings to you!

PvP-Player versus player, PvE-Player versus Environment, WvWvW-world versus world versus world. If you want to level fairly quick PvE is definitely the way to go. PvP isn't really my thing, you get a special set for PvP when you go to "the mists" in game and can participate in events which consist of killing other players and ranking up. W3 (WvWvW) is a real time strategy PvP/PvE in which you control portions of maps. There are 3 servers with their own maps and a central map known as eternal battlegrounds. The goal is to own the most territory in each of the maps for your server, and defend those places from enemy servers trying to capture them. All are definitely worth checking out to get the hang of things. Have you found JPs yet (jumping puzzles)?

WvW is a much broader version of PvP. to get to it, press B. you can either battle on our home borderlands, 2 other enemy borderlands, or the central Eternal Battlegrounds. In WvW, you are teamed up with your entire server against 2 other competeing servers. You do battle to capture and defend objectives like Supply Camps, Towers, Keeps, and a very large central Castle located on the Eternal Battlegrounds. While it is possible to have fun roaming around by yourself there, I highly recommend that you work with a group as it can be a bit hazardous for your health to run solo unless you are very confident in your survival skills :) (By the way, we are always looking for Mesmers to help out in our battles as they have some very good tactical support skills.)

When you go into these zones, you will likely see some blue badge markers on your map. These indicate where Commanders like myself are located. If you are not sure where to go or what to do, it is typically a smart idea to head to one of these commanders and follow their group.

http://wiki.guildwar.../Jumping_puzzle is one link that can get you started. there are videos on youtube if you get stuck as well. Each one is a variety of jumps/logic to get to the end and the reward is a chest with random loot. The ones in Lions arch are the three easiest to find and give decent loot. I've done all but 2 and some are very frustrating while others are kinda like oh that was a puzzle? Theyre pretty fun to do. there are also 4 in WvWvW and they give blueprints/honor badges. 3 are the same on each border map on the west side inside the waterfall. The other is a bigger one in each of the keeps in eternal battlegrounds. It gives a much bigger reward but all 3 servers like to occupy it and can interface booby traps, pvp to knock you down so it is by far the most frustrating. If you need more info let me know

Hiya hun!  I got your app.  I'm dealing with some stuff in RL right now and I'm messaging from my phone.  I've sent my officers a message to get in touch with you, if not tonight- I will be able to get you squared away in the morning.

Really looking forward to meeting you and gaming with you!
