I am not very good at drawing, but I really want to be because I love it, any tips?

Keep at it. Have guts. No fear. Don't give up. Draw ( almost ) every day because it's easy to get rusty. Using reference isn't cheating. That's the most basic tips I can give you. Beyond that, it's more focused junk like how to draw muscles or giant glorious ears.

Kind of a Chihuahua/Great Dane love-fest theme goin' on here. I wonder about the physics.

This thread just made my day! I don't know how to draw but if anyone wants to make any comics with me(my norn) feel free. The details are that I'm straight, in a committed relationship and my spirit animal is a bear.
