Haha, I keep my eyes peeled in games now because of this contest. If I find an interesting spot, I snap a shot and tuck it into a special folder. Most of the shots in these threads were taken a month ago when I first approached thuley about having the a-okay to run this game.

Cramping My Style
-Take a screenshot of your character sporting as close to the same armor dyes as me as possible. (Town clothes not required.)
-Location must be the same as other normal rounds.
-Post what dye colors you used with your screenshot.
-All participants win 1 point with up to 3 additional points for anyone who exactly matches each of the three dyes used in the shot.
-This round will last until Noon PST tomorrow and then will be closed. (1/9)

Edit for Additional information:  The dyes can come from every type except Rare Dyes.

Hopefully this round works out. First time doing a bonus round where armor dyes were possible.

I'm not sure if you were only restricting yourself to starter dyes but that's all I used just in case but (as ugly as it looks on my character) I used
Royal Rose - mask/chest/boots
Glory - pants/gloves
Dijon - chest

I only restricted Rare Dyes since they are rather expensive. If that information makes you change your mind about dyes you chose I will allow multiple tries but the latest post you make before the round closes will be the one I use for the contest.

Edit: Added the dye information to the bonus round post.

I can't keep doing this—I'm spending far too much gold on potential dyes... I'd be surprised if a single one was right, there are just too many.

The dyes are Avocado, Royal Rose and Orchid. My entry is as follows:

Hehe I thought some people might obsess. Maybe I will restrict the dyes to the common ones for future bonus rounds. Narrow the choices a bit.

The problem lies in how extraordinarily different certain dyes look on certain clothing. I have all common and uncommon dyes on Lona Hiverden, but her armour was extremely hard to get a grasp of in terms of colouring it similar to yours. Thus I had to resort to a human alternative character, and so I had to deplete a significant portion of my wallet.

It's alright though, I had quite fun—Tiwwi (who I met on the roof) and I ran back and forth between the trading post and that roof, trying out dyes and complaining loudly about our apparent colour blindness.

Colors:

• Glory: Shoulders (though I'm not sure if you have "shoulders" in the picture.
  
• Grape Gum and Royal Rose on the headpiece (TA medium, so it's really not noticeable.)
  
• Grape Gum on the leggings.
  
• Royal Rose on the rest.
