What would you consider your primary style, causal, semi-hardcore, or hardcore?
The Toad [Toad] is a "semi-harcore" guild in that our requirements are casual, but we're kind of addicted to the game. Still, we don't require any minimum clock hours or anything like that. I guess that's a thing with some guilds...

What type of game play is your primary and secondary type PvE, PvP, WvW, PvX, RP?
The Toad concentrates more on having people play together generally than it does on any one specific part of the game, thus, primarily, we are social, and in terms of the game, we do anything and everything.


How big is your guild (I am not talking alts. Please do not pad your numbers)?
About 60 on the roster, 30 of which sign in at least once every week, 15 of which sign in almost every day.

What Time zone do the majority of your guild play in?
Most of us are between Pacific Time and Eastern time, with the "mode" of that distribution in Central time.

What time of day does the majority of your guild play at?
Primarily from about 6:00 pm PST to about 11:00 pm PST

Do you have dedicated officers for events that include any type of meeting were members collaborate there time to play together in a set goal. (note this could be PvP, PvE, Dungeons, guild events etc.)?
Umm, we do technically have those officers, but their boss is really lax on cracking the whip and making them work. . But yeah, we usually just have events off the cuff when the mood strikes us.

Do you have a coin or donation requirement for membership (this could include upon joining or set fees on a timed schedule. i.e. monthly fees)?
Guilds do this?

No, we don't have any donation requirements. In fact, please come clear our guild storage, hooooolyyy crap!

Do you allow crafters to withdraw crafting materials that are going to use to craft (note: this does not include dissembling gear to get crafting materials)?
YES! PLEASE COME GET IT FROM OUR STORAGE BEFORE WE RUN OUT OF SPACE!!!

Do you have an age requirement?
Well, it's not a direct age requirement. What we require is that an individual can properly express themselves in a decent conversation with moderate eloquence or at least a coherent pattern of thought. Now, this may seem very lax, but I assure you, we reject a LOT of applicants .

Do you have a gaming requirement ( time, assistance, events, PvP, WvW etc)?
Yes. We require that you enjoy yourself when you play in our guild. Or we take you out back and beat you until you do.

Do you have a social requirement (i.e. role play, events)?
Yes. It's our guild's secret trademark from the first time you get onto our voice chat program.

Do you have a person for contact on recruitment and joining?

No. I don't think....yeah, no.

It's available, it's not required.

Do you have a behavior requirement?
Yes. We require that you can carry on a decent conversation for at least 2 minutes without being racist, violent, or extremely awkward. I know this seems lax, but oh my god we reject WAY too many applicants for this requirement!!!

Do you have a multi-guild requirement (for, against, and recommended)?
No requirement, but the leader just kind of sneers at your screenname when you don't represent. j/k!!!

Do you have a typing requirement?
Umm, like, speed wise? I suppose if you're going to be my secretary, 140 words per minute, or as fast as I talk, however many words per minute that is. Otherwise, no

Do you have an incentive to join?
Yes, absolutely. Do you want to be a part of an unforgettable group of people who will make your gaming experience at least 200% more fun than without our guild? Do you want to do fun stuff like snowball fights, guild-wide jumping puzzle runs (for no reason than to do the puzzle after already achieving it), intellectual terrorism, and other assorted Toadery? Do you want to have a fun group of people with whom to run dungeons, do WvW, or just help you out with any part of the game that you're having trouble with?

Let me flip that question back. What kind of incentive do you want in order to join a guild?
