Dungeon Master - Golden - God Walking (x3 in GW1) - Champion of the Gods - Been there. Done that. - Master Crafter
Yep, those are underwater legendaries. Both of them.
Legendary Harpoon Gun - Frenzy

Well yeah. That's what happens when you play on a laptop not meant for gaming. Hoping to get a new desktop built within the next month or two. Right now I play on lowest settings.
