This is not really a recruitment thread but some knowledge for those who asked or want to join.  We might recruit through this thread in the future. Also note that I'm half joking / half serious with the requirements.

Who are we?
Less Talkin More [Sekz], Brorannosaurus [Rekz], and We Siege Doors With Our [Pekz]

What do we do?
We're a WVW roaming guild that likes beating up zergs and tossing them in the dumpster.  We also PVE sometimes and 90% are terrible at it.

How do we recruit?
We like to WVW comfortably so we try to keep our average attendance between 10-20 players a night.  We're not really looking to expand into a larger guild but we are always looking for that special person that can synergize with our community. Usually our recruits are friends with current members (not just real life friends) or players that follow us and feel like they're part of the team already.

We're the type of community where two guys can just be bros and be like, "I want to hold you hand in real life" or "I love you".  We want that type of bro or bro-ina in our guild.  Most people like giving us their PVP resume thinking we're a hardcore guild but 90% of my guildies were PVE carebears.  I've forced them into boot camp to turn them into robotic killing machines.

Things we are not looking for

• Groupies - Not interested in random players asking to join just to join.
  
• Carebears - If you don't enjoy farming the tears of your enemies, this guild is not for you.
  
• Upscales -  I don't consider you a human being.  Your life rallies the enemies.
  
• Non-maxed Armors -  This type of player is a grade above upscale.
  
• Commanders - By all means buy it.  We just don't really use it while we raid.
  
• Stubborn Players - Don't care if you like your build.  If it doesn't work for our team, NO.
  
• Keyboard Turners - Please use your mouse to turn.

So to summarize what we want

• A lovely personality that melds with the guild.
  
• Someone who can follow well.
  
• Willing to learn / change your build for the betterment of the team.
  
• Must use mumble.  Don't need to use mic.
  
• We usually raid at 6pm server time.  Do you?!

I do wanna say, the bit about upscales? Not joking when I say seeing a green arrow in our group scares the hell out of me. It's basically +5 to the enemy numbers if they die. Rally bait is bad, m'kay?

Char warrior Run with some of the lads at GF and GH on a regular basis im also with the Night Crew and i would like to apply for the charr warrior position or spot willing to change build and all that Keen as to run with you guys in the future
