They opened up creating characters on Ultros just today. I know everyone in the guild from other games, etc. So, it is like a family of retards who happen to be great players.
Currently 30+ people I've convinced then the game itself takes care of the rest. I don't plan on inviting people I don't know. Saves drama b.s. etc. They know how I work, take that shit somewhere else, I will kick you. Makes it really easy to be a guild leader when everyone knows your personality already.
