Hello! Interested in oG? Here is some quick info about the guild:

Onyx Guard is our name, we have been around since the beta of Guild Wars 1. We currently average about 415 members and are a PvX guild. We are located on Ehmry Bay but do accept players from different servers. We encourage our members to be active and social as well as respectful and helpful. Majority representation of the guild is a requirement. That being said, we are a group of people who enjoy having a good time and tend to be quite rambunctious. Our forums are active, we have a facebook group for daily updates and announcements, and use Teamspeak for comms. If these are qualities that suit you, we'd be happy to have you join the family! If you would like an invite please leave us a message on this thread or find us in game! Players of all skill levels are welcome to join!

We love us some WvW in the evenings and have set days for WvW raids and guild missions. Many members enjoy doing daily meta bosses, Silverwastes farming, sPvP, as well as high level fractals. We would eventually like to get a core group who enjoy doing structured pvp. This is for players who would enjoy being more competitive in WvW and eventually GvG in the expansion. Players are placed into specific 5-man squads, are asked to change their builds and follow stricter game play. We are always happy to help you learn any aspect of the game, so always feel free to ask!

Due to the expansion, our schedule may change, but here is our current overview:
Schedule:
Monday: PvX
Tuesday: WvW Squad
Wednesday: PvX
Thursday: WvW- Raid (evening)
Friday: WvW- Match Reset
Saturday: WvW- Raid (evening)
Sunday: PvX, Guild Missions- 9pm est

Good luck with the recruiting Yody, though I know you don't need it. :)

As a former oG member who's leading another guild, I highly recommend players who haven't tried out [oG] to give it a whirl. You'll find Yody to be a conscientious and thoughtful leader.
