I've actually seen a few guilds I've never seen before running around, meh, maybe some guild transfered, but not seeing any significant difference in WvW

Very High includes all the people who are on our server but no longer playing, right? It's kind of not fair to call us Very High when including ghosts.

According to the Devs, we have no idea since they are very vague about population numbers.
