Wurm scheduling

So what about starting a schedule of when we will try it?
How about every day at 5pm or 7pm server time? We make 1 serious attempt per day when people get back from work.

Then the next time after, we do maybe two heads at once and practice that way. Etc, etc.

I might be wrong but I don't think anybody here has the power or influence to gather 150 players on a whim to try the wurm. So lets suggest and agree on a date then we can all try to gather a few players each.
@Donny I agree that we do not need practice if we only have people that are able to read map chat, log/listen on TS and read the dulfy guide before the event. Reality is very far away from it unfortunately...
@Maksyn I'm all in for practice run but when I tried to set up some earlier the number were going down every night and the performance of individual player was also going down. Seemed the motivation was not there for wurm yet. If you set up practice, I will come.

We'll have to focus on getting a core group of people first. Hopefully if we can find people interested in taking it down then it should be easier. Feel free to add me to your friends list in game I'll try to come and help out where I can. If we have some willing to experiment we can also test the numbers to see what the min amount of people we need to achieve certain goals are. Then work on creating core groups for those then all we have to do is pretty much rally a zerg from LA and our guilds when we want to do it.

Would creating a guild specifically for people that are interested in downing the world boss every week help to organize such event?
No rep requirement, no participation. just a list of people that love world boss and want to get organized to kill them

We could post the schedule for the bosses here every week

I thought very long about it (around 5 minutes) and came up with an idea for recruitment so we don't get a lot of useless player will never come to a world boss. Nothing strict just in order to help the guild in the long term.
So what do you think about these conditions :
There is only 3 conditions to join the guild :
1. Participate in 1 world boss event (we only recruit before and after the fight on day of event)
2. Ask for an invite in TS (by voice or TS chat)
3. Have fun!
Reason? I think TS is essential to coordinate people in these events so instead of inviting then having a bunch of people that will never log on TS, we just put it as a requirement to join the guild, so we will never have problem on that side.
Also, all the events should be public as world boss are a server thing. We can simply post the schedule here on Ehmry bay forum.
Finally about the name :
I'm not good with name so the only thing I could come up with was : Emhry Bay World [Boss] (I'm too practical...)
The pact [Pact] is good (if it's not taken already

Thoughts?

@All In fact, everyone will be welcome in it.
I got no idea how TTS is run but I'm nearly 100% sure I don't want this guild to be run the same way.
The guild only has 2 purposes
- Act as a symbol to attract and motivate the troops
- Give a list of interested people that are able to get organized.
Both of which serve the same goal : make it easier to kill World boss.
There will not be any elitist crap or stupid requirements.
Going to make the guild tonight when I get back from work.
