Sanji, Gudradain and Slein Jinn are all right - Sanji is right that uplevels in zergbusting tend to be rallybots which is hard on you when you're going in against groups that are significantly larger than you are.

Gudradain is right that pugs (and people already well familiar with the game and WvW) can be trained, and that uplevels won't stay uplevels forever, and early training is what sticks.

And Slein Jinn is right that EB used to have insanely solid pugs - whether in a group or solo they tended to beat anything that came near them. It would be good if we could foster a place where that could develop again.

Introducing a new program to help the guild/server : Commander of the Week

[RUN] is going to give 25 golds, every week, to help a player buy a commander tag!

To be eligible to win the 25 golds, you must prove us that you are interested to become a commander and that you would make a good one. Commander need great communication skills and must be good at their class. To assess your competence, you will need to satisfy 5 requirements :

• Have Teamspeak and be able to talk on it : Teamspeak is a great tool for any commander and it really helps to communicate)
  
  
• Do a commanding practice : I will tag up and follow you, but you will take all the decisions. Just contact me whenever you want to try it
  
  
• Find 5 players in [RUN] that think you would make a great commander : They just need to whisper me and tell me they think you would do a great commander
  
  
• Be able to solo a camp in less than 3 minutes : This is a little personal challenge  to verify that you know your class
  
  
• Be a member of [RUN] : This one is easy enough since we accept everyone that loves WvW on Ehmry Bay!

Note : If there is more than one player that satisfy these conditions, it will be a random roll between the players. An account can only win once.

N.B. : Donations are welcomed to support the program and maybe help more than 1 player per week!

Why i wont be doing that one...tho am never home on thursday in time for guild missions these days with yous.
Gl to the others I know i avoid jumping like the plague...unless jumping in the middle of ennemy zerg that you can oblige me anytime...

The Guild Puzzles are all pretty easy in terms of the actual jumping.  They're more like mini-dungeons than jumping puzzles really; they've all got some kind of events involved that need to be solved... things like simon says or matching or whatever.  Plus, when you're doing them as a guild, there are usually plenty of mesmer ports around for anyone who falls behind on the jumps.  Overall, the Puzzles are probably the easiest of the guild missions.

Or I am clumsy and fall down a lot, so I don't like them.
