Rill has been a true gem for the Ehrmy.com community selflessly putting on the Tour de Waypoint events, stepping up to help out with admin duties, as well as running screenshot competitions and other contests here on the forum.

If you want to show your appreciation for Rill outside of the game and the forum then please send her an Electronic Amazon Gift Card for an amount that you find appropriate to rillsoji@gmail.com

Please note that the Amazon Gift Card donations are truly to thank Rill and they are different from the Prize Donations which are used to put on contests.

Tell your friends in-game about Ehmry.com
There's a large number of players who are not aware of the forum.  Please don't spam map chat, but if you are in a group in WvW or PvE, then please let your group know that Ehmry.com is a decent place to check out.

Make a new thread or post a your first reply
The forum is only as good as the content.  We just recently passed 70,000 posts, and we are the most active of all GW2 server forums out there.  New threads generate activity, as do replies.  If you are a lurker then try your hand at posting, what's the worst thing that can happen?

Promote Ehmry.com on Social Media
I am too old for social media, and even if I weren't, I just don't get it.  But millions of people use it and if you are one of the frequent users of social media then please consider promoting Ehmry.com as appropriate.  Please don't spam, and do yourself a favor and don't get into arguments over which server is better.

The forum, much like life in general, is what you make it.  What we have here is a great community, with ups and downs and some occasional drama just like RL communities, and there are things you can do to help it grow and sustain itself.  Activity is king.

Why does any of this matter?
Eventually there will be server merges, the stronger Ehmry's online community presence is the less likely it is that we will be merged into another server, and the more likely it is that another server will be merged into us instead.

I'm assuming by these Gift Cards you mean the same sort as Gem cards, scratch off codes and then send you the codes?

I still own the Facebook for Ehmry that currently has 100+ Likes, I can contribute still even though I'm not on ehmry atm.
Just like you said all communities has the occasional ups and downs, we can alot to help sustain it until whatever Anet does.

Thanks man, I really appreciate it.

I initially wanted to post Amazon shopping lists for Rill and I with the idea that given folks the opportunity to pick an item that was specifically put on the wish list would have more meaning than just straight up cash, but the wish lists turned out to be problematic when it came to the shipping address.

I'll be spending it on a bunch of these http://www.amazon.co...duct/B004B9GNPM and these http://www.amazon.co...duct/B000MCZV5A as our dogs go through both like crazy.  So thanks again!

I logged in today to check my mail and look at a couple of things...I didn't recognize a single person or guild on Ehmry. I'm kind of amazed the site is still running.

Well I'd kind of expected a few vets to remain on Ehmry or something, soulless. I feel kind of bad for just ditching out on everyone, but quitting the game needed to happen, unfortunately. Congrats on keeping the community going though.
