Shinies, Trinkets, Ennemies, Gold, etc.

Looking for all new players...coming into the game and for the upcoming HOT...

Plan for this guild is to have a full 500 roster with over 100-200 active players at any given time.
Help do new HoT bosses as a guild and helping out our server in the new WvW map.
WvW hopes is having a grp of 40-100 during reset and weekends.

Ty for considering us as a potential home and squirrel duda/dudette.

Took a gamble to kick start it by posting it on the gw2 wvw forum.

I guess doing some map completion and looking more closely at individuals in eotm...starting to spam invites to all tagless players...found a nice 4k player tagless that came back to the game...some hidden treasures still ard I guess if lucky.

Good increase, Ebay is up to 500.  It took a while, but the ranks are pretty full.

I'm asking anyone I see not repping anything no matter where in the game world.  Especially after helping them get to a Vista or something with a friendly mesmer port

Sorry sanji forgot you wanted to keep this thread clean so I'll add that once raids open up I'm hoping to start a raid group up with you maybe Friday night's? but the day and time need further discussion.  But I would like it to be a regular group that goes every week.

Ok.

Seems like the group comp needed is something like 1 tanky, 1 support/healer, 3 condi and 5 zerk.  Those dps people need to be glass with ascended weapons and trinkets minimum.

I myself have many class equipped with ascended weapons and trinkets.  My zerk engi is fully ascended but I also have an ele that's well geared.  I'm pretty flexible and not against making a gear set that's super specific.  In past mmos I have played mainly tank and healer so I'm good with going tank if needed.  Fayt with a druid would be better for support then anything I have without farming tons of hero points on my ele to get tempest or Herald.

My usual condi engie is my best-equipped character, and also the one I die least with I'm most comfortable with, so I'd prefer to stick with that. That being said, I'm willing to run something else if need be. I'm like 2/3 of the way through unlocking herald, so I guess I could set up a Ventari/Glint support build to pump out boons and heals.

Not many of us run condi so it might be best for you to stick with engi.  Engi also brings lots of blast healing and party condi cleanse with healing turret and elixir gun.  Though you may need to run bombs for the extra burning for more dps and blast in the fire for might, but I don't know what your usual skill bar looks like.

On the topic of blasting fire for might, that is something else everyone needs to learn more about.  Last night in fractals I was playing sinister engi.  As sinister engi I should be able to maintain at least 9-12 stacks of might just by myself which is a pretty good damage buff for the party.  But with all the other fields going down I was barely able to stack any might at all.  If dps is the real test on the raid bosses then might stacking while fighting will be very important.  This post has become pretty long so I'll end there for now

Quick edit to clarify something:  I'm not trying to be elitist or tell anyone what to run, rather I'm going to be suggesting what you could do for better dps then what your doing.  I have a pretty good grasp of how many of the professions play and general builds for them so I'm not just reading a guide and regurgitating what it said.  Just wanted to put that out there before anyone possibly gets defensive of what I'm telling them.
