With my usual build, I have the HGH trait, plus a long-lasting fire field that I can blast four times by myself—five if I'm quick with the second flame blast, six if I also get the timing right and cast orbital strike first—plus whatever blasts other people have.

Of course, as you say, if people keep dropping other fields, we can't blast the fire, so that's definitely something we should work on.

I think a lot of people lack the awareness to watch for an utilize fields...but fire is one of the best ones you could drop, as it will also help add on condition damage and then boost that same burning with the might stacks. Too many groups I've seen lack condi damage.

Which is why I might bring in the end my condi ranger also with bonfire and what not or my might/fire burn ele.

Your build is a bit confusing silvers.  You are running hgh but don't use elixirs, I know you usually use S and the elixir gun 5 but still.  And inventions I've always been kind of hit and miss about.  Talking from a dps stand point if that's what your going to end up doing, inventions doesn't make much sense to use over say explosives.  You also run carrion so your pretty tanky so you might get focused by the boss unless someone comes on a heavy running full toughness as well.

I've been using HGH partially for the might but more for the CD reduction and longer duration on EG. I like S for the stealth and living through those "oh shit" moments, but I do swap in rocket boots and tool kit sometimes. Inventions I'm pretty much sold on. Everything in there is helpful: CD reduction on my precious shield, group protection, extra condi clear, extra regen/healing, speed boost, and the extra damage/heals from bunker down (those mines hit hard, and the health kits are a nice bonus). I'm not sure I'd see much benefit from explosives—I don't run bombs or nades.

And I think you meant rabid? But yeah, I do have a lot of toughness.

Yah sorry rabid.  I only mentioned explosives because I also mentioned running bombs for the fire bomb and extra blast with the toolbelt skill.  But if your pretty set with your toughness gear maybe you can tank the main boss and also be on condi team

Started an enjinn site for us.  I'll be working on it I'm the coming days but I feel others in the guild might be more inclined to go to an actual guild site rather then a server forum they may not be from.

Elixer Build

Is what I slightly modified from my sPvP elixer build. Nice part about it is you can stack might real easy and spread it around as well. More support than we probably need but I love HGH. Just an idea to work with if we still need a support. Could work nicely if you time the tossed elixers with people standing on green to make sure you give out as much might as possible.

I would also like to know who all has prior raid experience from another mmo.  I have a few years of wow raiding, starting during the burning crusade and on through lich king time, mainly tanking and healing but also did a bit of dps.

My necro is the only toon with ascended gear and all the hero points needed for the new trait.  I do have ranger, gaurd and ele all 80's.  I might have enough chests to gear one of them in ascended but they will not have the new trait line unless I map complete and do a HP train.

So uhh, the first boss is by far the easiest of the 3 bosses.  The last boss is ridiculously complex with coordination

I'd be willing to join up if you're looking for any sort of burnzerk or reaper. I can also run physical warrior over condi but prefer burning things.

Lots of experience with all bosses. I don't generally speak on chat and don't need guidance but listen and am attentive in case we need to improvise.

Trying to get with multiple groups so that I have better options for time of day and more contacts. How experienced is this group?

Sanji our guild leader is probably the most experienced.  As a whole this group has little experience yet, we are trying to get organized before making a real attempt at it.

Friday night hoping can organize one, probably ard 8-9 since hoping somehow we can do 2 or 4 of the bosses in there.
Ive been mostly the tank keeping the boss in the corner or moving him for phase 3-5 with lightning floor...haven't done others yet.

I edited to what I have I know others like zack, night, tims, All,am proably missing people would like to raid also.

Green 2 : Tank and a Raw Dpser
Red 2-3: Condi
Blue 5-6:  Druid healer / Boon Strips (no taking no chances since its the green aoe stacking

We don't have anyone but me that has a mesmer that's mostly geared do we.  Who also knows how to play the mesmer, not just has one

With alacrity being a thing now it might be good to bring to boost everyone's dps at the cost of a small dps hit of one person being the mesmer itself.

Bringing a chrono is very worth it. I would definitely suggest one for your raids.

I've had to pug since a few on list have been on very scarcely and others lost interest in raids...in time as the guild grows more dedicated runs might happen. Still would be nice to have a LFR specific in the system.
