OK I'll exclude pve because i dont really think that way and didn't consider it, you are right (hopefully hot changes that) depending on the weighting of the icd but it would be a good meta shake up where buffing and pre buffing is the big thing between eles and guards and debuffing not so much. Necro should be the debuff kings.
