Looking to make a party/zerg to get the temple clear for some shard purchasing! If you need to do this and wanna do it lets set it up for the weekend! I am able friday - sunday. Lets clear the temple so we can get one step closer to getting legendaries!

Its bugged at the Pact morale part but I read that if you take the Giant over there then it unbugs it don't know how true it is.  I am willing to give it a go though as I need to get shards and I don't wanna temp transfer if I don't have to.

Sounds good! I am willing to mess with it. they may have fixed the bug because no one has attempted it since the last patch from what I know.

Ok cool Ill see if I some of my guild is interested in doing the event.  I have never attempted it but heard it can be kind of difficult.  Any tips on the event?  I think probably tomorrow or saturday would be best for me.

yea you can add me.  We didnt get it open it was my first attempt at the temple.  We failed the pact morale part Im going to have to look up on the web to see how the DE is suppose to play out cause I have no idea currently

Alright my plan for this battle is to make some shout outs in lions arch, cursed shore, and straits of dev. to rally anyone who wants to do the event. I will start my shout out at 12pm PST and hope to start the event by 1230 if we have enough people. if not i will attempt it again at 3pm PST. if it doesnt work out i will have to figure something else out on the fly. Lets hope a lot of people need shards!

I was in Orr yesterday and they were trying to do Melandru. That was a whole bunch of unfun. They were trying for over an hour and I don't know if they even got it down. I was there for maybe 15 minutes, then went to finish my exploration. They were still going by the time I 100%ed the area.

Ya i saw that Melandru event going on too... it seemed like there was not enough interest for people to do it. I was farming ori nodes at the time so i was busy

I hope the pact doesnt get lazy like the other day.  They really need to do something about that event.  I mean I understand the concept but to ensure it works you need a large group then you get rendering issues.  Uhh well last saturday was a blast and simple so I hope the same for this saturday.

Is there any interest in trying to take out the Risen Priest of Balthazar again? Now that karma is much easier to come by, I'd think people would want to run this more often to buy obsidian shards.

We made an attempt yesterday and made it all the way to the priest but In my opinion since a patch update the priest himself has become much harder depending on the amount of people you have doing the event. For the event to succeed we would need to have people who have done the event before and know what to do when fighting the priest. I say all of this because the priest was basically one shot killing anyone he hit, so people need to be able to dodge that attack.

P.S. we also got screwed because somehow he healed when he was at 1/3 hp

I was there, Zygen. Obviously the toughest part is avoiding the teleport/one-shot and dpsing hard enough to beat the heals. Although I wish I knew if there was something that triggers that heal or a way to stop it. It seems pretty random at the moment. During one attempt, we had the Risen Priest down to about 5%, 3 seconds later he was at 50%. I think everyone's heart sank at that point. I'll look around and see if I can figure it out by searching around some forums, but man is this an annoying fight for such a desired vendor.
