That is indeed a HIM poster! I'm a big fan still, after 5 years. Even got the heartagram tattoed on my arm, haha. :)

You should be able to upload it as attachment.  Click the "More Reply Options" in the quick reply and then there will be an attachment option on the lower left side below the post editor area.
