Not really.  I identify people by their avatars and imagine their posts read by an image I've constructed in my mind, using their avatar as a starting point.  This thread shattered that illusion.

Yeah I do that as well, Only I find interesting to see how far off my illusions were from fact, so this kind of thread is actually of great amusement to me :)

On this forum, much like in real life, one is bound to come across someone they don't particularly like.  There is really nothing wrong with that per se as there is no requirement that folks have to like each other, though it helps when they do.

Having said that, let's make sure that we don't press each others buttons once we are aware of those buttons.
