Anyone else having issues with T3? I bet you are. Here's a great guide to reference: http://dulfy.net/201...d-bounty-guide/
GH would like to do guild missions with other guilds. Since it doesn't matter who kills the bounty after the mission is activated, we'd like to coordinate with a few other guilds who would like to work together each week for that difficult 25 Merits prize.
The way I'd personally like to see something like this done is that we'd assign bounties beforehand to each guild to scout out. These would be the tougher targets to find which are as listed:
- Ander “Wildman” Westward (Southsun Cove)
- Bookworm Bwikki (Lornar’s Pass)
- Brekkabek (Harathi Hinterlands) - he's actually pretty easy to find
- Crusader Michiele (Sparkfly Fen)
- Deputy Brooke (Snowden Drifts)
- Devious Teesa (Frostgorge Sound)
- Diplomat Tarban (Brisban Wildlands)
- Half Baked Komali (Mount Maelstrom)
- Prisoner 1141 (Iron Marches) - very difficult... I'd recommend putting several people to the task of tracking and staying on this one since it likes to disappear after running around for a while
- Shaman Arderus (Fireheart Rise)
- Short-Fuse Felix (Diessa Plateau)
- Tricksy Trekksa (Blazeridge Steppes) - disguised as something else
While the guild bounties are located, we could assign groups from each guild to kind of be "hit squads". They would be smaller groups generally (5-10 players). This is to prevent the bosses from scaling to ridiculous difficulties. I personally think the scaling on some of them is broken as hell, but again that's a personal opinion.
After each guild has a group that is willing to hit a specific target, we would all start our bounties at the same time, and send our groups to the targets. Each guild would assign 6 players to talk to the bounties to start the fights so that the other guilds are able to kill it for them.
Note: some targets require a few more players such as Bookworm Bwikki and that damned frog. Bookworm Bwikki, from my experience, requires a bunch of people to kill him. That frog can be countered by null fields and other boon stripping abilities. After that, he melts pretty quickly. The last bounty to consider is the Scalewag Skottz or whatever his name is. He's tough to find, but he's easy to kill. Just remember to use knock-backs when he places his defensive AoE, and he'll be no problem.

Anywho, that's just my take on how something like this may be organized. I'm open to discussion with any guilds that may be interested. If this is successful and we could expand it to a server-wide thing where everyone activates the T3 guild mission each week at the same time, I think that'd be awesome. However, all big ideas need to start small, so I'm asking for help from other guilds who would like to work together to this end.
Just let me know if your guild is interested. If you have any other suggestions as to how to go about doing something like this on a larger scale, please feel free to voice those ideas.
As for dates/times. I'm thinking Thursday night would probably be best since WvW matchups the next week have already been decided and many of the players who would otherwise be held up in WvW might be more willing to free themselves up for these missions.
