Good to know, only the bad ones found the forums so far I take it?  I'd really like to see some posts from pk about working together, without trying to badmouth or belittle literally EVERYBODY that isn't them.

The squad names were chosen by the appointed leaders of the squads at the time of their inception.  Hellsing has no involvement or direct responsibility over the squads as we are all independently sufficient operating sections functioning under PK leadership.  I have full control over my Reapers as does Toegra with his Shadows, and Doc Holiday & Idi Spirit over the Bloods.  We are all individually focused in our areas of growth and training to support one another for multi phase strikes or otherwise complex attacks when in WvW.   We're not limited to those things nor are we micro managed by 1st or 2nd tier leadership.  Because of our maintained efficiency our key leaders have more time on their hands keep up on these conversations with all you lovely gentlemen.  
I'm not a young gamer myself and perhaps that's what allows me to purvey a more appropriate perspective.  I'm a 30 yr old father of two going on my 13th year in the AF as Security Forces(AF military police equivalency).  I've gamed in MMOs spear heading heading guild's successes since the launch of SWG.  I've lead server renown guilds in SWG, EQ2, SWTOR, WoW, DCUO and played countless others.  I love thriving on gameplay perfection and sharing my wealth of knowledge with my subordinates.  
The other Squad leaders may have different backgrounds(Toegra is in the army), but we all bring our max to our squads and work with them.  

So no...Hellsing or Silent do not run our squads they run the guild as a whole and we fall under that.  They're both young funny guys with a little chip on their shoulders that can put up a hell of a fight when pounced on.  Nothing eternally wrong with that...don't play with fire if you don't like the heat.

If I may contribute a few, ah, suggestions.

For fractals, or any other dungeon for that matter. http://gw2lfg.com awesome tool, and it lets you meet people from other servers, and it is typically quicker than map chat.

Also, for fractals, PST me.  Fractals are easily my favorite thing in the game (sad, I know), so if you catch me online (which you probably won't, because I do dailies, get bored, and sign off) and want to do some, you can hit me up.  I'm level 39 on my Mesmer (+35 AR), and my Engineer is below 10 (+25 AR), so I know the ropes, and can accommodate anything below 40.

And lastly, I still hate Maguuma Invaders on our forums.  Can we focus on that?

It's rather hard to get 450 assholes in one place, the egos wouldn't fit. Plus as the sexiest member of PK, I must address the fact that some PK members might even be likable, omg, he went there. I don't bash other guilds, not my style. I personally would rather work together so this fucking server straightens up, I am not alone in my thoughts. I was young once upon a time, back then though when I played quake in the 90's went to quakecon, lan's etc. We would say far worse shit to each other, in person and we all knew no one was serious. When did everyone start taking this shit seriously?  Seems I am just old and didn't notice.
