Moderators have the ability to ban someone which was given to them to keep order in case of disruptive folks joining the server.  The admins are the ultimate authority when it comes to banning.

Here's the way I look at this; If someone who has been put in a position of public trust (i.e. being a mod on teamspeak), is threatening the public who uses the resource, then that person will be permanently removed from all public resources we run.

To make this more clear so that there's no mistake about it going forward; If anyone who has the ability to ban people from the Ehmry Bay public Teamspeak threatens to ban anyone from that Teamspeak for any personal or guild internal reason, then the person doing the threatening will be permanently banned from the Teamspeak and the forum without any possibility for recourse or appeal.

It's inexcusable to abuse the position of public trust.

It's not about being a "Cry Baby". It's about informing others on issues they believe relevant. I'm glad its out in the open just so it informs others of a situation i think people where curious about. My guild has worked a few times with Lakayla and her FTF crew and its work wonderfully on all accounts! <3 you Lakayla!!!!!

In the beginning wvw was in chaos.
Ehmry bay was without structure and hopeless.
Then one day a jailbait appeared to the people and his name was Veragan Antioch.
And Veragan said "Want to smash and bash? join Echo Xes Lana."
The people replied to Veragan with "Sure why not i am drunk and dont give a f*$k."
Unbeknownst to the pugs he was actually the Saviour of Ehmrybay.
Veragan Antioch began teaching the pugs how to fight, gear and survive.
Word soon began to spread of Veragan's deeds of heroism, selflessness and being jailbait.
Before long Veragan was being praised constantly in wvw "gj veragan" "wow ur amazing veragan" "glad to give u credit for what someone else did veragan"
Others became jealous and envious and then the Judas arose.
Judas would try everything in his power to get rid of Veragan Antioch.
The judas would spread lies and rumors slandering the honorable Veragan.
The judas was found to be Darrin Crybaby who had already done severe damage.
Out of fear Darrin the B$tch reported Echo Xes Lana causing it to be nerfed.
Veragan would not take this lying down he summoned his followers and took action.
Zergs of hundreds meant nothing to Veragan as he slaughtered the Anet employee over and over.
Anet had just witnessed Veragan's power and decided to ban him.
Darrin in the Closet Crybaby laughed and shouted "that's what you get for not f&cking me!"
Ehmry bay began to crumble and lose everything in wvw.
But on the third day Veragan appeared once more and Ehmrybay cried with joy.
The Saviour had returned even more powerful than before.
Other servers who fear his power desperately try to lure him with gold and gems.
Veragan Antioch now known as Saint Veragan would not accept their offers.
Saint Veragan and the few loyal disciples who survived are now ....... and the story continues

i am not commenting about the rest, but this part right here, hey, i was with him (and about almost 8~10 others?) when we assassinate the Norn Guardian with the Anet icon. killed him 6 times i think, and yes he was in the middle of the zerg, there's a video in veragan's channel last time, not sure now

being a hit squad member that time was awesome lol XD

I don't know who this "Veragan" person is. I play in WvW multiple hours a day and have never seen nor heard from them. After reading this, I guess I am supposed to be thankful for them single-handedly "saving" Ehmry Bay. I don't know though... never seen him/her/it in TS or read their name in map chat so I can't have an opinion one way or the other.

This is just a friendly reminder that this thread is still open for some reason and have no clue whats going on or the people being discussed inside it.
