I didn't read the thread, however, after 20 years of gaming it's simple. Screw the drama and move on, soon as it begins, move. I no longer play the game but now and then. I would /gkick people that are issues the people that stay, stay. If you want control do what I did and create a guild with people you've played with in other games. Everyone is on the same page about the direction. Keep it *small* just whats needed.
