From a practical perspective we will probably put actual TS downtime on the schedule just so everyone is aware of a brief outage during server change.

If you are still looking for active volunteers, I can help admin the TS channels if you like.
EDIT: Also, I wound up buying a droplet for my own stuff, and I have to say I am pretty impressed by the performance and features they offer out of the box. Total time from entering my initial registration information to a new system with all the software I wanted on it and a fully updated Debian Wheezy 64-bit was precisely 17min, 49 seconds. (There is a console log to tell you these things) Good stuff!
