Mics these days have pretty good sensitivity. If you're concerned about shouting because you mic is far away you can just get a headset.

Silvers I get money first.  My computer needs an upgrade, I was talking to fayt about it.  He could back me up here.  My best framerate in fights with nothing but guild wars running never breaks 30 with all low settings

haha rolf...on another note Kookings is a squirrel also no matter her build:) Mig be an asurian thing...see something bigger...they assume its a bully to take down or being so small get lost in the map.

Why I meaned our class is because during the closed In tower fights It was hurting us since mobility becomes more of an issue.

I have to disagree Burney someone with a low WvW rank...is oftentimes new and wont be able to deal with pressure and focus and cave in fast.

So I think it does matter when picking out first targets to kill fast.

My first targets are usually thieves and other high damage classes that could outright kill someone before they can react.  I don't really look at rank since people that run in zergs pressing 1 all day have a lot higher rank then I do, but they can't hold their own even in a 3v1 and their part of the 3.

I do WvW for fun.  I do not do it to be criticized by strangers (maybe you need to leave me out of your videos).  I do not do it because I am the best at it.  I do not  say I am good at it.  I take advice and run with it from those I know are good at it.  I can not always get in TS while playing.  I play this game because I need stress relief after work, not become more stressful.  It is a game after all.

Maybe, but I've logged thousands of hours as a staff ele and with the heat I get, they can't ALL know me...

Remember the 2nd statement was focus range...staff ele, longbow ranger...your in there so that's probably why...nobody in there right mind would let a zerker ele staff rain aoe on them if possible:)

I'm sorry Nessa do not take it personal.  I even said I'm one of the worst offenders for most of the things I talk about.  I can't record while TS is up since my computer is to old so throw that out but if you want to be left out of videos I'll do that.  I use the videos to see what I did wrong and try to improve.  I'll lay off with the critiquing now

I dunno if its a 'thing' or not, but it serves me well enough  My Build: 6/2/0/4/2 My trinkets for the most part are just trinkets I have found, When I make my ascended weapons They will be berserker (I'm choosing this for the color, dont judge me. xD). I dont think this sites build editor isn't 100% correct because its not reflecting my stats 100% accurately. But is close enough.

I wouldn't worry. I don't think anyone's looking to get hardcore about WvW. Personally, I'd just like to get a bit better at playing my class(es), particularly in group fights.

Interesting. Do the perplexity runes make a noticeable difference?

I can't say if they would make much of a difference for you or not, but for me I haven't noticed any large difference.

I was running Balthazar runes before. So its a trade off for me. Confusion duration vs. Burning duration. Burning duration was nice, because on crit I inflict burn (and I crit quite a bit), so even if someone was on top of a wall and they had no condi clear, it was hilarious to watch them burn forever and ever and ever.

With perplexity it extends my static shot Confusion to 5 from 3 secs, and my concussion bomb from 5 to 81/2 secs, pair that with the chance (25% chance, 25 second cooldown) of them getting 3 more stacks just from hitting you (for  5 seconds), and if you're good enough (which I'm not yet) to interupt them, every 15 seconds (when you interrupt them) you can add an additional 5 stacks for 8 seconds.

Its hilarious watching someone with many stacks of confusion destroy themselves in a panic.

I don't know if there is a stack cap in wvw for confusion but that is potentially 15 stacks of confusion (if you get it all right in succession) for 8 seconds (give or take). They take dmg everytime a skill is activated (this includes things activated from traits like activation on dodge). The dmg modifier for confusion is [65 + (0.075 * condition dmg) * stack number] so in my case if i had 15 stacks of confusion on someone it would do apx 2158 dmg every time they activated a skill for 8 seconds, on top of all the other conditions you have applied to them (as long as they dont clear). Its something you can appreciate if you get it down right. I haven't yet, but it has potential to muck someone up pretty bad.

That sounds brutal Aduah, I've never thought of running a condition build that uses a lot of confusion but I can see how it would work.  People never really pay attention when they have confusion and end up killing themselves, it's funny every time.

Exactly this, I don't have the time or patience to become hardcore.  But getting beat by groups the same size or ones that have maybe 1 or 2 more people gets old when you see how well they work together and that's why we lost.  I'm not trying to tell anyone how to play, I like playing with you guys how we have been and we do alright and have fun.  Like you Nessa I play to get away from the stress of life, so if I was adding to that I'm sorry

Do people really do that? I mean, I guess they do, but you'd have to really not be paying attention to kill yourself on confusion. Confusion and torment are the condis that I watch for the most, since they basically punish you for doing stuff (i.e., using skills and moving).

When you have something something like 8 conditions on you, and you are trying to stay alive, and you cant stand still and do nothing, sometimes its pretty easy to miss. Or if they have no condi clear sometimes they just hope to kill you before you kill them.

Only reason I'm going is it's Friday and DTOP will be running their organized runs for a couple hours.  I need geodes for stuff
