Way to take my comments out of context, Slein. If you don't want to zone in, don't. I can like or not like whatever I want. You can like or not like whatever you like, as you made clear in the crudest manner possible. That isn't telling anyone what to do whatsoever. sPvP and GvG can be very fun and even useful for getting tactics down.

I'm all for moving up in tiers, so long as it means we get to ruthlessly crush and demoralize our enemies in this and every future tier. I play games for fun, but I also play to win at most any cost, haha... Ehmry has been mostly kind to me but I do at times wish it were a bit more collectively...driven. I feel we could be doing more.

I can appreciate Bishop's vision, but then maybe Ehmry hasn't always been the best match for me and I'm never satisfied with second best.

I'll be honest: I find WvW less fun now than I did in the lower tiers. I don't know where this "sweet spot" is for roaming and havocs, but I sure as hell haven't found it here.

I'm finding that less enjoyable overall these days. It's more and more clear to me that Anet has no idea how to balance their game and it will especially never be balanced for a 1v1; with how they treat WvW as well I'm considering just doing PvE and raids only...I hope those are good.

Eh. This is fallacy. No MMO has been perfect in any type of balancing. World of Warcraft, as an example, has completely reworked their classes many times over. The only way to perfectly balance a game is to give everyone the same type of skills, cooldowns, everything, and give them the exact same damage.

Are their classes right now that are completely overpowered? Yes. But I've destroyed rangers and been destroyed by rangers. I've destroyed warriors and been destroyed by warriors. Etc. My build is more setup for zerg fighting or base defense, though if I try to take a camp and I come across a roamer, chances are their build is setup for that and I'll get wiped out.

Frankly this has been my favorite game for pvp, because no matter how strong your build is, this game is highly rock/paper/scissors - there's always a hard counter.

I said they have failed to balance...and you turn around and claim that it's fine because no MMO has perfect balance, not even really disputing the core of what I stated - yet I'M the one with the "fallacy"?

Okay, I mean, in the strictest sense, yes, the words before and after the statement in question do indeed constitute the context of said statement.  But I don't see anything in that context that does anything to cast doubt on my reading of the quoted text.  So if you somehow contrived to use those words to mean something other than what they actually mean, by all means, enlighten me about what I'm missing.

They don't join TS because they know their voice isn't as cool as yours, and are intimidated.
One day we should all get voice modulators so that we sound like muppets.   That way, no one needs to fear how their voice sounds and everyone can be on  TS
