Shhhhh. The bat wings would be great on my reaper but I am resisting the temptation to buy yet more useless cosmetic stuff but I'm probably gonna break down and buy the magitech armor anyway for my scrapper build.

So I have an experimental rev build for wvw, the same I was running the other day.  I need Dire gear and about 60g in runes and I don't even know how much for sigils, probably at least 20g though.  None of you happen to have some runes of torment or a sigil of purity laying around for me to test this theory crafted build would ya?

There's a very small chance I might have a sigil; I'll check storage. Definitely don't have the runes, though. I was looking at those earlier and wondering how'd they play with a condi rev. My rev's condi build is rabid for now, but I'm thinking I should go carrion instead for more damage output.

Hmm, I'll need to look into the different gear stat sets and see if I can work something with carrion or valkerie

Viper and sinister seem promising, too, but carrion is definitely more accessible for those of us who are allergic to crafting.

Silvers!  How much scraper have you played since release?  I'm getting an itch for my engi just like I thought I would after being away from it for a week.

Not so much, actually. I've been focusing more on the story and working on Verdant, and Halloween farming, all of which seemed to go better with the build I'm used to. I think I need to start out in SW with my scrapper and wrap my head around it the hammer playstyle before graduating to the trickier new maps. Still fiddling around with potential builds, too.

Hmm, I might have to give it a go tonight depending on how much I have unlocked(which I don't think is much).  I miss my versatility and adaptiveness that the engi has.  The rev is a lot of fun but lacks the skill variety of the engi :/  It's really a double edge sword with the legends, yeah you have a lot of variety but you can't mix and match skills.  Kind of harder to swap out a legend for a skill really quick then switch back like you can on all other classes.

As for the build, all I'm seeing is people running the same things as normal just with a hammer. Nothing to exciting :/

Yeah, the rev's legends definitely cut both ways. They offer some very cool tricks, but the all-or-nothing approach can also make them feel a bit limited. Then again, after maining an engineer, everything except ele feels a bit limited in comparison.

And you know me. I'm way too hipster for normal builds. I feel like there's some interesting internal synergy to be found in the hammer and traits. I'm thinking of trying something with might stacking or daze spamming.

So I just looked and need 210 more hero points to have all of scraper.  Herald needs like 140 still for me...anyone want to run hero points tonight
