went to bed at an ungodly hour and am now up at an awful hour for a saturday. however, have we decided on a regular time to run guild missions?

Whenever we have a good amount of people on that can stay on for a while.  Probably Friday or Saturday nights since most people can stay on later those days usually.  But I don't know a lot of the guilds work schedule so idk

So I went to solo a camp in wvw today and was met with nothing but death.  The automatic upgrading thing has made it so camps become not soloable.  WvW is being catered to big groups very well but with this upgrade has made solo or small group roaming that much harder.  Maybe I was just unprepared for what I was getting into, but I used to be able to solo eb camps and I can't solo these new ones if they've been allowed to sit for a little bit.

Fully upgraded camps have always been trickier for solo players, but I didn't run into them very often because people didn't pop the upgrades, or the camps were flipped before the upgrades could finish. This whole auto-upgrading thing is definitely not favorable for soloers/small groups.

I solo fully upgraded camps significantly more easily now than I did before HoT.  I think part of it is the aforementioned power creep in the new builds--the Druid I've been running is just plain stronger than the builds I was running before--but a lot of it has to do with the way the new camps are set up.  I'm finding better ways to get more manageable pulls in many of the camps than I was before due to the layouts, and replacing Scouts with additional Guards has made things a lot more straightforward, too.  Like a lot of things in WvW right now, people are just underestimating the learning curve I think.

You just pull to different places.  Most of the camps work correctly now so in order to flip the camp you need to kill most of the guards.  Just like you used to pull to a corner, or wall you still pull to a wall to break line of sight.
The towers are trickier to solo, but they are still reasonable to Two man.  The Keeps are throwing me though, I don't have enough CC to solo or two man them effectively.
It seems like there is something I am missing, like getting the lord stuck on a stairway or something.

The wolf rush was OK. The quaggan one was just annoying, though to be fair, anything underwater in this game tends to be annoying.

well, i'll give you that. whenever i've run it, there's been a lot of complaint all around about it being annoying and impossible to do. some of the...do we call them gates? portals? i guess gates fits better. some of the gates are easy to miss so even though you go through the finish line, it won't give you the fireworks because there was one you missed or didn't go through well. i definitely understand the annoyance.
